Conference Fees

It will be possible to pay at the conference location using cash or debit/credit card. Please notice that this will increase the ticket price by 20% and 10%, respectively. RILEM and ACF members will enjoy 10% discount. The table below shows the different pricing applied at the conference desk.

Terms and Conditions
- The conference fee includes:
- Welcome reception
- Abstract proceedings of the conference
- Dinners, lunches, coffee/tea, and other drinks
- Conference kit
- Workshops attendance
In case of cancellation up to 15 July 2023, the paid registration fee will be refunded, with a deduction of 900 RMB /150 USD, for administrative charges. No refund of the registration fee is applicable for cancellations received after 15 July 2023. Refunds will be sent after the end of the conference.
Substitution of participants within the same company or institution is possible without additional costs, after the payment of the registration fee. Early communication to the organizing committee is necessary for the confirmation of this procedure.
