It will be possible to pay at the conference location using cash or debit/credit card. Please notice that this will increase the fee by 20%. RILEM and ACF (Asian Concrete Federation) members will enjoy a 10% discount. The table below shows the different pricing applied at the conference desk.

Terms and Conditions
The conference fee includes:
- Welcome reception and dinner,
- Abstract proceedings of the conference,
- Conference kit,
The conference fee includes full catering, providing coffee and tea throughout the day, as well as hot meals for both lunch (3x) and dinner (3x). Beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, will be available during meal services.
In case of cancellation up to 15th May 2025, the paid registration fee will be refunded, with a deduction of 100 Euro for administrative charges. No refund of the registration fee is applicable for cancellations received after 15th May 2025. Refunds will be sent after the end of the conference.
Participants from the same company or institution may be substituted at no additional cost after the registration fee has been paid. However, early notification to the organizing committee is required to confirm the substitution.
